If you like racing bikes and you’re a fan of Honda, then you’ll be glad to know that former Honda World Superbike official team, Ten Kate, is selling two of their CBR1000RR SP2 bikes. And, unlike what many teams do, this time Ten Kate is selling the bikes with full World Superbike specs!

Ten Kate, who have been replaced by Althea Racing and Moriwaki as the factory team for the next World Superbike season, will deliver the bikes with 2018 race specs, meaning you’ll have the chance to own a very special bike and use on track days.

According to the Dutch outfit, the CBR1000RR SP2 is delivered with the following features:

Engine: TKR – Cosworth engine kit
Electronics: Magneti Marelli dongle included
Suspension: Ohlins WSBK spec
Brakes: Nissin & Yutaka discs
Chassis: Carbon or Aluminum braced options
Swingarm: TKR – Suter
Wheels: Marchesini

Of course the bikes come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Ten Kate Racing for the full package and parts what will be sold by TKR. Each bike is available in with different options, and Ten Kate will also customize the bike to customers wishes.

This is a track only bike, and you won’t be able to hit the road on these beauties, but if you’re interested in showing up at your local track and amaze everyone on the track day, you can’t contact Kervin Bos at k.bos@tenkateracing.com .

Ten Kate Racing puts a value of 85.000 euros on each Honda CBR1000RR SP2 World Superbike spec (around RM400.121), a bit high for a CBR1000RR SP2, but considering this is a full race bike, raced by the likes of Leon Camier and Jake Gagne last season, this price might not look so high.

With more than ten years as a motorcycle journalist, i enjoy everything that has to do with two-wheels. I'm a fan of sport bikes and i prefer riding them on a racetrack, but give me a road filled with corners and good asphalt and i'll be there to have some fun!
