Shown at the latest EICMA Milan motorcycle show, the KTM 690 SMC R features a lot of fun for those willing to explore the supermoto limits on the road.
With 74 hp and 73,5 Nm of torque delivered by the single-cylinder LC4 engine, the KTM 690 SMC R supermoto brings back KTM into the supermoto fight. Smoother and more efficient than ever, the latest LC4 engine gets two balance shafts to avoid any undesired vibrations, and the dual spark cylinder head together with fine tuned ride-by-wire throttle means the KTM 690 SMC R rides as smooth as possible.
With multiple electronic rider assistance systems and all-new suspension from the experts at WP deliver a charismatic machine capable of conquering the tightest curves and cutting through congested commutes, while the bodywork has been given a complete makeover for 2019, with KTM setting the goal to improve rider ergonomics and at the same time rider comfort.
