U.S. Secret Services went against Trump idea and ordered new Harley-Davidson

U.S. Secret Services went against Trump idea and ordered new Harley-Davidson

Did you really think the war between Donald Trump and Harley-Davidson was over? Well, if you thought that, then you’re sorely mistaken, and in the next few days we will surely hear more harsh words from Trump against the iconic American motorcycle company.

All this is because the United States Secret Services have decided to go against Trump’s intention to boycott Harley-Davidson, and they’ve ordered a brand-new bike to join the U.S. Secret Services motorcade.

According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, who brought this story to the public, the purchase order says that “a Harley is required for consistency in appearance, performance, training, and parts with the currently existing motorcade motorcycle fleet. The new bike will serve a protective motorcade function, which could also mean accompany the president”.

So, this means that Donald Trump might be protected by an agent using a motorcycle that’s built by Harley-Davidson, a company which Trump advises Americans not to spend their money in.

Will Trump let this purchase pass by unnoticed or will he set into another Twitter rant?

Will need to wait to find out!

With more than ten years as a motorcycle journalist, i enjoy everything that has to do with two-wheels. I'm a fan of sport bikes and i prefer riding them on a racetrack, but give me a road filled with corners and good asphalt and i'll be there to have some fun!
