United States president Donald Trump continues to take a controversial strategy against Harley-Davidson, and after the American motorcycle manufacturer decided to move part of its production outside the US, following European taxes on American made products, Trump has used his favorite social network, Twitter, to continue his fight against Harley.
This time around president Trump has tweeted in favor of a boycott to Harley-Davidson, something that some H-D owners have decided to do in protest against Harley’s decision to move production overseas.
Not only Trump approves the boycott, but he also wrote on Twitter that soon, America will have “a level playing field” for other motorcycle manufacturers who wish to move their production to the United States.
Many @harleydavidson owners plan to boycott the company if manufacturing moves overseas. Great! Most other companies are coming in our direction, including Harley competitors. A really bad move! U.S. will soon have a level playing field, or better.

That would mean that Harley would be facing a more direct impact on their sales in their home country, and by saying this Donald Trump continues to put pressure on Harley-Davidson, hoping that they revert their decision.
