Japan releases compact, foldable Blaze Smart EV

Japan releases compact, foldable Blaze Smart EV

If you live in big cities such as Tokyo or in Mumbai for example, motorcycles are usually the main commute apart from scooters and bicycles. Maintenance is key in big congested cities and Japanese car dealer and automobile developer Blaze has come up with the perfect solution to easy maintenance with the new Blaze Smart EV electric motorcycle which is compact, convenient, eco-friendly bike.

The bike is fully powered by electricity and charges within three and a half hours using an ordinary electrical outlet which is very convenient. The lithium ion battery has a span of 30km on a full charge and can go up to 30 km per hour. The bike can ride up to a solid hour before running out of battery.

The bike is also very compact in terms that it is only 120cm wide when fully extended and folds into half its size within five seconds. It is light in weight with only 18 kg which is light enough to be carried around. The bike also features a Bluetooth and USB connectivity for any device and it also has a security alarm that appears to sound off when it’s touched without the key.

The Blaze Smart EV comes in four colours which is black, white, khaki and wine red. The durability of the bike is trustworthy as it has gone through multiple tests to confirm its durability before its release. The handlebars, seats, and frame have all been weight-tested too and can hold up to 1,000 kg.

Not to mention, it is strong against corrosion and rust and its tires is able to hold up under good road conditions since they’re a durable 31.5 cm wide. The bike is in retail for about 128,000 yen (RM4604.64).
