Goshen bike makers Janus Motorcycles finds place in Google

Google indeed has found Janus Motorcycles. By Google we meant the firm, not the search engine.

Google made a start with its “Grow with Google” tour in Indianapolis in early November this year. Janus founders Devin Biek and Worsham were offering test rides on the small, handmade motorcycles.

Google then made a YouTube video telling the story of how Biek and Worsham produce their motorcycles with about seven full-time employees and craftsmen from shops around Goshen.

Worsham and Biek started Janus in December 2011 and learnt aspects of bikes through YouTube videos. They also found suppliers through word of mouth and eventually built a bike thanks to digital tools.

“I feel like it’s a story about Goshen. Or the fact that this is a place we can do this,” said Worsham.
