Royal Enfield has already introduced new members to the Himalayan family through Scram 411.
The Royal Enfield Scram 411 was created from the Himalayan 411. As a result, the model is also powered by a 411cc SOHC engine with air cooling that produces 24.3hp at 6,500rpm and 32Nm at 6,500rpm. Power is channelled to the rear tires via a 5-speed transmission.
The suspension system comes through a 41mm telescopic front fork with a movement distance of 190mm while the rear mono-shock offers 180mm movement.
The specifications are the same as those found in Himalayan 411 2022.
Although the Scram 411 offers urban motorcycle features, the brake components are also the same as the Himalayan 411, with a two-piston brake calliper on the front matched with a 300mm brake disc and a single-piston calliper with a 240mm brake disc.
Brake control is also supervised with the help of dual-channel ABS.
At the same time, the Scram 411 also still comes with a ‘wire spoke’ type rim similar to the Himalayan 411 as well as this new model can still be ridden on rugged surfaces.
Meanwhile, the high wind barrier on the Himalayan 411 is no longer visible instead this Scram 411 can be a round-shaped headlight shield.
