The premium Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta confirms the arrival of the Superveloce 800 in 2020.
It was one of the most exotic and beautiful motorcycles at the last EICMA Milan motorcycle show. And now MV Agusta confirms that they’ll make a production version of her! The Superveloce 800 concept bike stunned the world in late 2018, and now it will be arriving in dealerships by 2020.
MV Agusta tested the public reaction during the EICMA show. With motorcyclists praising the Varese based manufacturer for the incredible lines of the Superveloce concept, the Italian brand had no choice but to build a production version.
The base of the production Superveloce 800 is the F3 800 supersport machine. The engine will be the three-cylinder 798 cc with 148 hp and 88 Nm of torque. With a tubular steel frame, Marzocchi suspension, and Brembo brakes, the Superveloce 800 should be really fun to ride.
We still don’t know exactly what MV Agusta will retain from the concept. For example, the custom SC Project exhaust seen on the concept shouldn’t be used on the road ready version.
With a retro look and a price that won’t pass the 20.000 euros mark, the Superveloce 800 might be one of the biggest surprises of 2020. We expect to see this bike revealed at the next EICMA Milan motorcycle show in November.
