Repsol Honda HRC rider Toni Bou has secured his 19th consecutive FIM Trial World Championship title, extending his own all-time record. The Spaniard clinched the 2025 crown during Round 7 in Geddington, Great Britain, on September 6–7.

Bou, 38, wrapped up the championship on Saturday and followed it with another dominant victory on Sunday, marking his 12th win of the season. Despite rain making the final sections slippery, he tallied just 21 penalty points and also topped the Power Section, adding an extra point to his overall tally.

The triumph gives Bou his 38th world title, 19 outdoor TrialGP and 19 indoor X-Trial championships, making him the most successful rider in motorcycle trial history.

“This was a perfect weekend,” Bou said. “We clinched the title, won both races, and even the Power Section. It’s been one of my best seasons, consistent and injury-free. I can’t thank Honda and my team enough.”

Teammate Gabriel Marcelli capped his own strong year by finishing third overall, earning his first career victory earlier in the season.

Repsol Honda HRC manager Takahisa Fujinami praised the riders’ efforts, while HRC President Koji Watanabe called Bou’s achievement “unprecedented” and “an inspiration for the next generation.”

Since winning his first title in 2007, Bou has dominated every TrialGP and X-Trial season, cementing a legacy that shows no signs of slowing as he eyes a potential 20th consecutive crown in 2026.
