White Motorcycle Concepts (WMC) has taken its aerodynamic know-how into mainstream adventure territory. Thus, confirming a collaboration with Royal Enfield to develop a suite of aero components for the electric Himalayan test platform.
The initial aero package, which was shown publicly for the first time at EICMA 2025 in Milan, showcases how WMC’s patented duct-based philosophies and CFD-driven development can translate into incremental efficiency gains on a mass-market electric ADV platform.
WMC’s engineering team has adapted learnings from the last five years of duct development to deliver a package that includes an aero front fender, fork shrouds, disc cover, improved airflow guides around the chassis and rider, plus new aerodynamic hand guards designed to improve comfort and reduce rider fatigue.
Robert White, Founder & CEO of White Motorcycle Concepts, said the Royal Enfield project demonstrates how small aerodynamic changes across external surfaces can translate into real-world improvements in efficiency and rider experience without straying from OEM design intent.
This first phase centred purely on aero. It combines baseline testing, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), track running and real-world validation to ensure every component delivers measurable function. The electric Himalayan test bed will also appear next at Motorcycle Live at the NEC from 15–23 November.
The partnership will continue into 2026. WMC is confirming that further aero upgrades are already in the pipeline as the project evolves beyond the first batch of components revealed in Milan.
