iMotorbike is taking motorcycle ownership convenience to the next level with the introduction of iMotorbike Express Repair, a brand-new subscription-based service that offers on-site repair assistance for minor mechanical issues, all for just RM99 per year. 

The initiative expands iMotorbike’s growing ecosystem of after-sales solutions, which already includes inspection centers (some in collaboration with Shell stations) offering free bike inspections and complimentary oil changes with Shell lubricant purchases (customers only need to bring their own oil filter). 

Express Repair

What Is iMotorbike Express Repair?

Express Repair is designed to provide hassle-free, on-the-go assistance for riders who need quick mechanical help without visiting a workshop. The service operates daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM and can be reached via hotline at +6013-833-3259. 

For an annual fee of RM99, subscribers get:

  • Unlimited on-site mechanical labor for minor repairs
  • Telephone troubleshooting support
  • On-site inspections within covered repair scope (50km radius from iMotorbike Glenmarie showroom)
  • Basic diagnostics for common minor issues

Examples of Covered Issues (Labor Only)

  • Tire puncture repairs
  • Battery jumpstart or replacement assistance (battery cost not included)
  • Chain tightening or replacement (chain cost not included)
  • Brake servicing (pads/fluid not included)
  • CVT belt inspection and adjustments
  • Minor lighting or wiring issues
  • Basic fuel system unclogging

Express Repair

Terms and Conditions

The Express Repair subscription is exclusively available to iMotorbike customers who have purchased or traded-in their motorcycles directly through iMotorbike. Subscription is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable unless renewed. Only valid for 12 months from activation. 

Service excludes major repairs (engine, ECU, gearbox, or advanced electrical diagnostics), spare parts, and requests beyond the coverage area or time. To keep transactions smooth and secure, payments for Express Repair are cashless only, accepted via DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet and Instant bank transfer.
