Aveta Malaysia, one of the nation’s leading home-grown motorcycle brands, has launched its Preferred Dealers’ Program. It is a nationwide initiative for enhancing the customer experience, strengthening dealer partnerships, and accelerating its next phase of growth.

The announcement follows the successful opening of the first Aveta Elite Centre in East Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s commitment to service excellence and nationwide expansion.

Aveta targets 50% sales growth in 2025, driving expansion through a tiered dealer structure and a stronger presence in East Malaysia. After doubling its business performance this year, the company is investing heavily in dealer infrastructure, training, and aftersales capabilities. They aim to deliver a seamless and reliable ownership experience nationwide.

Strengthening the Dealer Ecosystem

The Preferred Dealers’ Program introduces a new tiered network consisting of Preferred Dealers and Preferred Plus Dealers. Each offering elevated service standards and consistent brand experience:

  • Preferred Dealers will focus on key Aveta models across market segments, providing tailored solutions for diverse rider needs.
  • Preferred Plus Dealers will operate certified Aveta Service Centres equipped with trained technicians and specialised tools.
  • The Elite Centre (Flagship Store) will serve as a comprehensive one-stop hub for sales, service, and parts while showcasing the full Aveta range.

Both the Elite Centre and Preferred Plus Dealers will gain access to exclusive models. This reflects their strategic role in Aveta’s growing distribution network.

Expanding in East Malaysia

East Malaysia remains Aveta’s strongest market, and the brand is now prioritising accessibility and service reach in Sabah and Sarawak. The opening of the Sabah Elite Centre marks the start of a wider expansion that will improve service coverage and customer confidence in the region.

“Malaysia’s motorcycle market has rebounded strongly, with sales surpassing 720,000 units in 2022 and projected to grow at around 3.5% annually through 2030,” said Steven Lim, Group Managing Director of Aveta Malaysia. “Aveta’s vehicle registrations have tripled since the launch of the Nova 160 and Vanguard 250. Expanding our dealer and service network in East Malaysia is not just desirable, but essential.”

Building Long-Term Partnerships

The Preferred Dealers’ Program reflects Aveta’s focus on building lasting relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and shared growth. The rollout will begin immediately, with 30 appointed Preferred Dealers by the end of 2025 and an expanded target of 50 by 2026.

“Our goal is to ensure every Aveta rider enjoys a consistent, worry-free ownership experience, no matter where they are in Malaysia,” added Steven Lim. “This program puts customers first while recognising dealers who share our vision for growth and service excellence.”
