Kramer Motorcycles introduces a racing kit for KTM 1390 and 1290 Super Duke R, transforming the super naked into a fully track-ready superbike.

The KTM Super Duke has long carried the nickname “The Beast”, but Kramer’s new Super Duke Racing Kit pushes the bike firmly into superbike territory. Built from fibreglass reinforced with Kevlar, the aerodynamic bodywork gives the naked V-twin a full-fairing profile, complete with a racing windscreen and cooling fins for maximum efficiency at speed.

Unlike KTM’s Evo version, which features semi-active electronic suspension, the standard Super Duke R runs fully adjustable WP hardware. With Kramer’s upgrade, owners can bypass those differences and enjoy a machine built with the circuit in mind.

What’s Included in the Package

The kit doesn’t just add fairings, it completely redefines the bike’s ergonomics and endurance:

  • 22-litre fuel tank for longer stints on track.
  • 20mm seat adjustability, with optional 40mm+ pad for fine-tuning fit.
  • Race-spec triple clamp CNC-machined for precision.
  • Clip-on handlebars and adjustable foot pegs for aggressive riding positions.
  • Lightweight one-piece dash unit with integrated racing air duct.

The result is a KTM that looks and feels like a purpose-built superbike rather than a converted roadster.

Strong Demand, Limited Supply

Kramer revealed on social media that the first 30 units sold out immediately, underscoring the appetite for a track-ready Super Duke. Another run of just 20 kits will be available in November, priced at €6,990 (around £6,050 / RM36,700) including VAT.

Given how fast the first batch disappeared, Kramer is urging interested riders to place orders quickly.

Raising the Bar for the Super Naked Class

By merging KTM’s raw V-twin power with Kramer’s racing DNA, the Super Duke Racing Kit gives riders the chance to step beyond road-going performance and into the realm of competitive superbikes. For trackday enthusiasts, it’s a rare opportunity to unleash the Super Duke’s full potential.
