In a celebration of off-road passion and Yamaha’s growing dual-purpose lineup, Boon Hua Motor together with GT-Max, and Berjaya Mega Motor, the three of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.’s biggest dealers, recently joined forces to host an action-packed event dubbed the ‘PG-1 Trail Xperience’.

Held at Most Fun Gym (MFG) in Sungai Penchala, a hotspot for off-road and motocross enthusiasts near Damansara and TTDI, the full-day outing brought together members of the media and invited riding communities from each dealership. The goal: have fun, build community, and showcase Yamaha’s exciting off-road segment, specifically the Yamaha PG-1 and the iconic Tenere 700. Read the Yamaha PG-1 Review here.

The event kicked off under sunny skies and muddy terrain, with riders geared up and ready to hit the trails. Participants were given opportunities to ride both the PG-1 and the Tenere 700, experiencing their capabilities first-hand across MFG’s dynamic trail layout. More than just a test ride, the day was structured to let riders push limits, build confidence, and get a full taste of Yamaha’s off-road DNA.

MFG, owned and operated by Malaysian motorsport legend Oh Kah Beng, proved the perfect venue. Known for nurturing grassroots motorsport and building a rider-friendly environment, the facility features three distinct trail tracks, each with its own distance, difficulty, and technical challenges. From slippery corners to steep climbs, every section brought a new level of excitement.

Throughout the day, riders powered through the courses, shared laughs, swapped bikes, and helped one another through the tougher patches, embodying the true spirit of off-road riding. The event wasn’t just about Yamaha machines; it was about forging stronger ties within the off-road community and celebrating the thrill of dirt riding together.

By the final lap, tired but smiling faces told the story best. The PG-1 Trail Xperience wasn’t just another product showcase, it was a high-energy, mud-splattered, camaraderie-fueled memory in the making.

Yamaha PG-1 Trail Xperience

The PG-1 Trail Xperience at Most Fun Gym delivered exactly what it promised; thrills, dirt, and a deeper connection between Yamaha’s off-road offerings and the community that rides them.

As Yamaha continues to strengthen its foothold in the off-road segment, experiences like these play a crucial role in uniting dealers and riders. With growing interest in dual-sport and trail riding in Malaysia, the future looks promising and a little muddy for Yamaha’s adventure-ready machines.
