MForce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has launched an exciting new player in the adventure motorcycle segment, the VOGE DS900X. With a price tag of RM 49,998 (excluding road tax and insurance), this adventure-ready machine is built for both long-distance touring and off-road thrills.

Key Highlights of the VOGE DS900X

Engine and Performance

The VOGE DS900X houses an 895cc dual-cylinder, four-stroke, 8-valve engine that produces 93.8 hp at 8,250 rpm and 95 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The power is delivered through a quick-shifter-equipped gearbox with a chain final drive system, ensuring seamless, clutchless gear shifting for smoother acceleration and enhanced rider control.

This mechanical setup offers an optimal balance of power and efficiency, featuring a compression ratio of 13.1:1, liquid cooling, and an advanced electronic fuel injection system, making it a solid performer in the adventure category.

Ride and Handling

Designed for versatility, the VOGE DS900X rides on 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, fitted with 90/90 front and 150/70 rear tyres to handle diverse terrains. The bike comes with:

  • Upside-down telescopic front fork
  • Rear monoshock absorber
  • Aluminium swingarm for improved stability

The braking system is also perfect for adventure, featuring dual Brembo disc brakes with ABS (305 mm front discs) and a 265 mm single disc at the rear, ensuring reliable stopping power in any riding condition.

Colour Options

The VOGE DS900X is available in three stunning colours:

  • Aviator Blue
  • Lime Green
  • Matt Black

Competitors

The VOGE DS900X takes on some strong competitors in the adventure motorcycle segment, including:

  • Triumph Tiger 850
  • CFMoto 800MT
  • Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin

Final Thoughts

The VOGE DS900X is shaping up to be an excellent choice for riders seeking a powerful, versatile, and well-equipped adventure motorcycle without breaking the bank. With its competitive pricing, robust performance, and premium features, it stands as a strong alternative to its well-established rivals in the market. Whether for long-haul touring or off-road escapades, the VOGE DS900X is ready for the challenge.
