Norton Motorcycles has implemented a new dual leadership model. This move aims to strengthen its premium market position globally. Robert Hentschel, former CEO, stepped down to become a non-executive director. Nevijo Mance has replaced him and now oversees product design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management. His appointment is a part of Norton’s ongoing growth under its parent company, TVS Motor.
Since 2021, Hentschel has strengthened Norton’s relationship with TVS Motor. His focus was on preserving the brand’s renowned craftsmanship and innovative reputation. The leadership shift supports Norton’s plan to maintain its high standards while expanding.
Richard Arnold, appointed Executive Director in June, manages marketing, sales, distribution, and customer relations. This division of responsibilities ensures balanced growth in customer experience and product quality.
Norton also plans to launch in India, further expanding its global reach. With six new models rumoured, the company is targeting diverse markets across North America, Europe, and Asia. Designed and manufactured in the UK, Norton motorcycles blend traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering.
Norton’s dual leadership structure promises stronger premium positioning, preserving quality while driving growth across international markets.
