Triumph Motorcycles has taken a bold step forward in 2025 by unveiling the all-new Speed Twin 900 at EICMA 2024. The latest iteration of this beloved Modern Classic combines the vintage appeal of the Bonneville line with fresh upgrades designed to enhance both style and performance.

Power Meets Precision: Speed Twin 900

At the heart of the new Speed Twin 900 is the celebrated 900cc high-torque Bonneville twin engine. The bike can generate a power output of 65 horsepower at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 80 Nm at 3800 rpm. The engine remains a strong point, delivering smooth, effortless power. These numbers translate to thrilling acceleration and responsive power delivery. This makes the bike a perfect companion for both city cruising and open-road adventures.

Sleek New Design

Triumph has given the Speed Twin 900 a significant makeover in 2025, bringing in a sportier, more dynamic aesthetic. The updated model features a deeply sculpted fuel tank that adds a muscular stance to the bike’s overall look. Additionally, the throttle body covers now sport sharper lines, and the engine cases have been slimmed down for a cleaner, more modern appearance.

The new compact full-LED headlamp cluster is another notable upgrade, improving both style and visibility, while the shorter silencer contributes to a sleek and refined rear profile.

Enhanced Riding Dynamics

The 2025 Speed Twin 900 is not just about good looks—Triumph has focused on enhancing the riding experience with a complete chassis overhaul. A modified frame improves agility, making the bike more fun to ride. The suspension system, branded by Marzocchi, now includes an upside-down front fork and preload-adjustable rear suspension. Together with a lighter, stiffer aluminium rear swingarm, these features promise a smoother, more controlled ride on various terrains.

Advanced Electronics for Modern Riding

The Speed Twin 900 also comes packed with modern technology to ensure a safer and more customizable riding experience. Ride-by-wire technology offers precision throttle control, and the two riding modes—Road and Rain—help riders adapt to changing conditions. For added safety, the bike is equipped with cornering ABS and traction control. This improves braking performance and stability, especially during wet weather or aggressive cornering.

A Complete Package for 2025

Triumph’s new Speed Twin 900 perfectly balances classic styling and contemporary engineering. With its timeless Bonneville heritage, updated aesthetics, and enhanced performance features, this bike is set to appeal to both purists and modern riders alike. It represents Triumph’s commitment to evolving its iconic range while staying true to its classic roots.

Whether you’re a seasoned Triumph enthusiast or a rider looking for a stylish, high-performing machine, the 2025 Speed Twin 900 is poised to be a standout in the Modern Classic category.
