When it comes to motorcycles that are not only unique but truly hard to find, some stand out for their rarity as much as their performance. It’s like discovering a precious shell amidst the vast sand on a beach—an unexpected gem. That’s exactly how it feels with the bikes featured here.

Whether you’re a collector or simply a motorcycle enthusiast looking for something extraordinary, these rare machines are a sight seldom seen on Malaysian roads.

At iMotorbike, we’ve compiled the top 5 rarest motorcycles that are guaranteed to grab attention and leave a lasting impression. Curious about which models made the cut? Let’s take a closer look!

2011 Victory Vision Tour

2011 Victory Vision Tour

A true standout in both design and engineering, the 2011 Victory Vision Tour is an American-made touring bike that redefines comfort and style. Its futuristic design might seem like a new concept, but the Victory Vision actually debuted as a concept bike in 2005. Initially envisioned as an 800cc parallel twin with automatic transmission, the final production model, introduced in 2008, became a 1731cc air and oil-cooled V-twin cruiser.

Despite its bold and unconventional look, this bike works exceptionally well on the road. Built with long-distance touring in mind, it includes features like heated handgrips and seats, generous storage compartments, and weather-sealed side compartments.

2014 Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT 8V

Renowned for its reliability and a favourite among European police forces, the Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT 8V is a rare find on Malaysian roads. As a long-distance tourer, it features an 1151cc V-twin engine and an upgraded suspension system for comfort over long journeys. Its powerful Brembo braking system ensures safety, while the adjustable preload suspension allows for customizable rides, making it an ideal companion for touring enthusiasts.

2019 Yamaha MT 10-SP

2019 Yamaha MT 10-SP

The 2019 Yamaha MT 10-SP is an uncommon sight in Malaysia, though it’s celebrated among riders for its high-performance capabilities on its other siblings MT-10. Powered by a crossplane-crankshaft engine, this streetfighter is equipped with Öhlins’ semi-active suspension, which allows for real-time adjustments during rides. With a 998cc engine producing 160 horsepower, it’s designed for those who seek thrill and speed on the road.

KTM RC 8R

2011 KTM RC 8R

KTM’s RC 8R is a rare beast, especially in Malaysia. Known for its extremely aerodynamic design and high-performance V-twin engine, this track-ready machine was refined over the years to become a formidable competitor. Featuring top-of-the-line components like Marchesini wheels, Brembo brakes, and WP suspension, the RC 8R offers a blend of agility and power that sets it apart from its peers.

Yamaha 125 ZR Movistar

2017 Yamaha 125ZR Movistar (188/5000)

An iconic 2-stroke bike, the Yamaha 125ZR Movistar edition is truly a collector’s item. Limited to just 5,000 units, this special edition was released in conjunction with the MotoGP race at Sepang International Circuit in 2017. With a unique serial number and striking Movistar racing livery, this lightweight bike remains one of the most sought-after models by Yamaha fans.

These rare motorcycles offer more than just mechanical excellence—they carry stories of innovation, exclusivity, and passion that make them exceptional on the road.
