You can now place your pre-orders at KTM Malaysia dealers, and the price is a budget-friendly deal at below RM110,000.

Built on the foundation of the acclaimed 890 Duke R, the 890 SMT features a powerful LC8c parallel-twin engine with 899 cc displacement. Expect a smooth power delivery of 105 hp at 8,000 rpm and 100 Nm at 6,500 rpm, giving it a unique feel compared to the 890 Duke R’s 119 hp and 99 Nm of torque. The six-speed gearbox, slipper clutch, and chain final drive ensure a lively and responsive ride.

“Prepare for the ride of your life as KTM Malaysia introduces the 2024 KTM 890 SMT! With only eight units, this exclusive Supermoto Tourer will reshape your journey”

The 890 SMT offers three standard riding modes – Rain, Street, and Sport. And for those seeking an extra adrenaline kick, there’s an optional track mode with customizable throttle modes and a 10-level traction control system. Stay informed with the 5-inch TFT-LCD display. The bike also comes loaded with cruise control, a quickshifter, heated grips, and Motor Slip Regulation (MSR), showcasing KTM’s cutting-edge technology.

Standing tall at 860 mm, the seat height of the 890 SMT commands attention on the road. It’s higher than the 830 mm seat height of the 890 Duke R and matches the 860 mm seat height of the KTM 890 Adventure. The WP Apex suspension, both front and rear, ensures top-notch handling. The 43 mm diameter forks in the front offer 180 mm of travel, and the rear monoshock provides stability on the 17-inch wheels.

To sum it up, the 2024 KTM 890 SMT is a rare find, blending heart-pounding performance with KTM’s precision engineering. With only eight units available in Malaysia, secure your piece of two-wheeled excellence by pre-ordering at your nearest KTM Malaysia dealer. Get ready to elevate your riding experience with a machine that seamlessly combines adventure and street, promising an unparalleled journey on the open road.
