11-year-old Malaysian racing sensation Qabil Irfan Azlan clinched the World MiniGP Series 2023 title in Valencia, Spain.

His talent shone through with victories in Race 1, Race 2, and the Superfinal at the Ricardo Tarmo Kart Circuit.

Qabil amassed a perfect 100 points, establishing himself as the undisputed champion in the fiercely competitive 160cc category.

Expressing his joy, he said, “I’m truly delighted to have won three races today. Thanks to the ZK Racing team for preparing my machine, and special thanks to my supportive parents.”

In the Superfinal, Qabil dominated, in 14 minutes 08.764 seconds, securing his place at the top of the overall standings.

The final rankings placed Japanese racer Kotaro Togashi in second with 76 points, followed closely by Spanish rider Enzo Zaragoza in third with 65 points.

Race 1, Qabil asserted his dominance, overcoming challenges from Zaragoza and Togashi to secure victory in 10 minutes 24.656 seconds.

Race 2 saw heightened intensity as Zaragoza resisted Qabil’s charge. Despite the challenge, Qabil reclaimed the lead, maintaining focus to secure victory in 10:26.086s before sealing the top spot.

Qabil’s stellar performance in the World MiniGP Series 2023 highlights not just his exceptional talent but also positions him as a rising star in motor racing. As he revels in his success, the future looks promising for this young Malaysian sensation.
