At EICMA 2023, Ducati wowed global motorcycle enthusiasts with cutting-edge technology and stunning design. The event, featuring a live presentation on November 7th, showcased Ducati’s steadfast dedication to innovation and performance.

Championing the World Championships

At the heart of Ducati’s showcase were the iconic Ducati bikes that have dominated the world championships. The Panigale V4 R, ridden by the exceptional Alvaro Bautista, emerged as the World Superbike champion at Jerez, securing the prestigious “triple crown” – riders’, teams’, and manufacturers’ titles. Alongside, the Desmosedici GP, helmed by Pecco Bagnaia, embarked on a fierce battle for the riders’ title in the final three MotoGP races. Ducati’s prowess was further highlighted as they clinched the constructors’ title in Indonesia.

Innovation Takes Center Stage:

A standout among the offerings was the V21L electric prototype. It set new records in the 2023 FIM Enel MotoE World Championship season. This groundbreaking electric marvel fascinated the audience with its special livery inspired by Ducati’s rich racing history. The event also marked the introduction of the Panigale V2 Supersport, celebrated for its World Championship win with Nicolò Bulega.

Unveiling the 2024 Range

Ducati enthusiasts enjoyed an exclusive preview of the 2024 range, featuring new models that epitomize Ducati’s commitment to excellence. The Multistrada family welcomed the V4 S Grand Tour, designed for seamless travel with its comprehensive standard equipment. It also rolled out the V4 RS, an unparalleled Multistrada boasting the Desmosedici Stradale engine equipped with a dry clutch for unmatched performance.

Adventure enthusiasts were captivated by the DesertX, available in standard and Rally versions. The Rally, born from Ducati’s triumph in the Erzbergrodeo with Antoine Meo, offered a thrilling experience for rally enthusiasts and Adventouring aficionados alike.

Embracing the Scrambler Spirit:

Ducati’s “Next-Gen” Scrambler® series showcased three models – Icon, Full Throttle, and Nightshift – embodying the essence of freedom and customization. The stand featured unique superstructures crafted by the talented artist Van Orton Design, a testament to Ducati’s creative spirit.

Beyond the Exhibition Hall:

Ducati enthusiasts experienced the brand’s passion beyond the exhibition hall. Ducati riders and friends engaged with fans during Meet & Greet sessions, creating memorable moments for enthusiasts. Additionally, a thrilling “fuorisalone” evening was organized in Milan. It entailed a unique blend of Ducati’s Scrambler spirit, music, and positive vibes at the Dazi venue in Piazza Sempione.

In the Motolive area, spectators got to enjoy jaw-dropping performances on the 2024 Ducati bikes by skilled stuntman Emilio Zamora and talented riders Nicolò Bulega, Luca Salvadori, and Kevin Vandi. The International Maxienduro Race, a pursuit race featuring the Ducati DesertX Rally and its rivals, added an adrenaline-fueled dimension to the event.

Looking Ahead

Ducati’s live presentation at EICMA 2023 left a lasting impression on motorcycle enthusiasts, showcasing their commitment to innovation, performance, and adventure. This event marked a defining moment in Ducati’s legacy, ushering in an exciting new chapter in the world of motorcycles.
