This exciting collaboration sets the stage for an exciting chapter that brings about an enriched experience for vehicle owners seeking top-tier servicing solutions.

This collaboration will bring a greater experience that enables vehicle owners to be able to service their vehicles using only genuine, high-quality parts and Shell engine lubricants. Customers can entrust their vehicles to a team of professionals who have undergone rigorous training and certification of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3. This ensures that all vehicle maintenance adheres to the highest quality standards.

The comprehensive services offered to customers include a complimentary 17-point vehicle inspection. The meticulous inspection spans interim and full servicing aspects. It encompasses critical elements like brake fluid exchange, spark plug replacement, battery renewal, tyre substitution,  transmission fluid assessment, and a host of other essential evaluations.

“At Shell, we are constantly looking at ways to expand our range of services to bring more value to our customers. The collaboration was forged. We see a huge potential to give customers better and higher quality car maintenance services and other vehicle needs at Shell”

Seow Lee Ming,  General Manager of Shell Mobility, Malaysia.

Lee Ming also expressed confidence in the collaboration’s momentum.

“We are committed to serving more customers in the Klang Valley and soon expanding nationwide. Our goal is to expand our footprint to a total of 30 Lim Tayar-operated Shell Helix Service Centres by 2025. This ensures quality services are accessible to more Malaysians”.

During the signing ceremony, Clement Lim, Joint Managing Director of CKL Group of Companies shared his views. “Partnerships have been part of the DNA of the Lim Tayar brand. This partnership with Shell has solidified the status of Lim Tayar being able to constantly evolve and stay relevant to our customers. Customers can now have the convenience to purchase a wide selection of tyres in addition to the Shell lubricants at these stores”.

Through this strategic business partnership collaboration, Shell and Lim Tayar have already established 5 Shell Helix Service Centres within the Klang Valley region. The first launch was in Shell Bangi 1. Then, it was followed by Shell Jalan 222 Petaling Jaya, Shell Jalan Cheras BT 12 1/2, Shell Jalan Cheras Batu 4 and Shell Bandar Sri Damansara 3. Malaysians can anticipate the opening of another 5 new outlets by the end of this year. The outlets would be at Jalan Gasing PJ, SH Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim, Shell Shah Alam Seksyen 16, Shell Jalan Ampang KL Bound and Shell Salak South.

In conjunction with this launch, Shell and Lim Tayar will be rewarding customers with exclusive package deals. For the first 7 days of a new outlet opening, the first 5 daily customers will enjoy a “Buy 1, Free 1” offer on selected tyres.
