Hybrid scooter Aveta VADV150 launched in Malaysia at RM13,980

Aveta has hopped on the bandwagon of the ‘adventure’ scooter segment with the launch of the Aveta VADV150.

The most eye-catching aspect is the engine section that the VADV150 features a ‘Hybrid Assist’ system. It includes the ‘Smart Motor Generator’ which contributes to a more efficient acceleration rate.

Paired with the motor is a 150cc SOCH displacement engine with liquid cooling that generates 16.2hp and 14.6Nm.

This VADV150 is also equipped with a DVR camera that records the front and back while increasing the rider’s safety aspect.

The Aveta VADV150 has a 9.3L tank making it a practical scooter for daily use or long weekend rides.

Topping off the bike are the 14-inch front and 13-inch rear rims matched with discs and axial brake callipers at the front. ABS also comes as standard.

Not only that, but the VADV150 also comes with the ‘Adaptive Front Light System’ (AFS). The system adjusts the lighting according to speed and riding angle. Riders can navigate the bike via a 7” TFT meter panel.

According to Aveta, this VADV150 comes in three colour options. The colour options on offer are Yellow Topaz, Blue Sapphire and Red Ruby. All options are available at a price of RM13,980.
