Modenas Ninja 250 Special Öhlins Edition launched at RM20,500

Modenas has officially rolled out its Ninja 250 Special Öhlins Edition with only 180 units available.

Modenas has officially introduced the Ninja 250 Special Öhlins Edition for the local market and the model comes with a price tag of RM20,500.

As the name suggests, this Ninja 250 Öhlins Edition comes with Öhlins rear suspension type KA the 44, STX 36 Supersport and is limited to 180 units only. However, it should be noted that this Öhlins edition is only available to Ninja 250 models without ABS.

For the record, the Öhlins monoshock is the adjustable type and also comes with a full warranty from the manufacturer.

According to MODENAS, the Öhlins monoshock directly improves the level of grip and control of the machine especially when cornering.

Apart from that, there are no other mechanical changes to this Ninja 250 Öhlins Edition. The model still features a 249cc DOHC ‘parallel-twin’ engine with liquid cooling. It is capable of generating 36hp at 12,500rpm and 23Nm at 10,000rpm.
