Royal Enfield has officially launched the Hunter 350 in India, joining the existing 350 model line-up including the Classic 350 and Meteor 350 that have been introduced before.

According to Royal Enfield, Hunter 350 comes with two variants Retro Factory and Metro. However, the Metro also comes with two sub-variants, Dapper and Rebel.

Like the previous 350 models, the Hunter 350 is also powered by a 349cc single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2hp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm. The power is channelled to the rear tires with a 5-speed transmission.

Royal Enfield claims that the J-series 349cc engine is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 114km/h while giving the impression that the Hunter 350 is more suitable for leisurely riding.

Featuring a retro scrambler design, this Hunter 350 will indirectly challenge the Honda H’ness CB350.

Meanwhile, the Retro Factory variant comes with spoke rims while the Metro comes with alloy rims. The weight of both models is also estimated to be around 181kg.

The Hunter 350 Metro also comes with a dual-channel ABS brake system rim, while the Retro Factory is only equipped with a single-channel ABS system and is matched with a (single) disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear.

According to Royal Enfield, prices for the Hunter 350 start from INR149,900 (RM8.2k).
