The year seems to go by rather fast but it feels as slow as ever. With September making its way to us with high spirits, October has something better in store for us. That’s right, highly-anticipated bikes are finally rolling in and we can expect the Bimota Tesi H2 to be available in October.

Due to the pandemic, the Italian firm moved the production of the Tesi H2 to September 2020. On September 9 2020, Bimota announced that the all-new Tesi H2 is available for pre-order. We also get the chance to look at the production version of the Bimota Tesi H2. Kawasaki Heavy Industries has acquired a 49% stake of Bimota and is now the main owner of the brand. The bike was unveiled last year at the EICMA as a concept bike and had garnered much attention ever since.

The bike comes with Kawasaki’s liquid-cooled, 998cc, supercharged inline-four mounted to an aluminium chassis.  It is capable of producing 231 hp (170 kW) at 11,500 rpm and with Ram Air it delivers up to 242 hp (178 kW) at 11,500 rpm. It features a maximum torque of 141 Nm at 11,000 rpm. Even though the Euro 5 regulations are enforced on all new bikes starting from 1st of January 2021, the Bimota Tesi H2 features a Euro 4 engine.

Only 250 units are currently available for pre-orders for customers in Europe. However, once the model launches, the bike will be available for riders all around the world. It comes with a hefty price tag of  €64,000 (MYR 315,641.86).
