We are just two weeks away from getting all the details and official information on the new Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. A new teaser video shows the 2020 Street Triple 765 RS doing laps around the Jerez racetrack.
In the video, we can’t really see what Triumph has done to its roadster. The usual and exhilarating sound of the three-cylinder engine is better than ever. The engine itself will need to feature different internals to comply with new Euro5 homologation.
According to homologation files in the United States, the new Street Triple 765 RS gets the same power but the weight is a bit higher (+7 kg). This is because the exhaust system now features two catalysts instead of one.
From the teaser video, we can also see the usual twin headlights are kept on this 2020 version. But Triumph redesigned them. They are now much more aggressive and show a full LED lighting system.
