Boon Siew Honda is studying the possibility of bringing the 2018 Monkey 125 to Malaysia!
On the last days of April, Honda Motorcycles revealed to the World the new generation of the famous Monkey. Everyone went bananas – pun intended! – with the news, so we decided to find out if this mini-bike will be available in Malaysia.
Many of our readers have been asking us if we know anything about the availability of the new Monkey 125, so we asked Boon Siew Honda (BSH), the official importer of Honda Motorcycles in Malaysia, if they could confirm the arrival of this new model or even the price.
According to BSH and the answer they gave us, they’re still studying the potential of the Monkey in Malaysian market. As soon as Boon Siew Honda decides on this subject, an official announcement will be made.
As for the price, and as we suspected given that the new Monkey 125 isn’t yet confirmed to be available in Malaysia, BSH didn’t say anything about it.
So, for the moment this isn’t the best news for the Monkey fans, but given that since the announcement that Honda Motorcycles would bring back the Monkey the interest from Malaysian motorcyclists spiked, we can expect Boon Siew Honda to have a decision very soon.
