It seems that the “Termas Clash” incident is now starting to become just a distant memory on everyone’s thoughts, and although journalists present at the Circuit of The Americas continue to press the riders at every interview, waiting to obtain a sound bite, riders are making sure they at least don’t give the media more arguments to continue writing about this subject.
Valentino Rossi, Movistar Yamaha rider, who was involved in the “Termas Clash” with Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda), spoke to the press at the Texan race track and showed that he wants to move on… but he doesn’t forget what happened!
A journalist asked Valentino Rossi if he thought that the rivalry with Marquez will continue to be tense, to what Rossi answered that “I honestly don’t know. The only thing now is to look ahead and about this weekend. I believe it’s important to get back on track and back riding my bike”.
The Movistar Yamaha rider also said that “after watching the race again I’m thinking exactly the same as I said after the race in Argentina. I won’t change anything I’ve said, but it’s best to look ahead”.
