HLYM in a statement informed that the Yamaha YZF-R25 now comes in ‘Orange Lynx’ and ‘Racing Blue’ colours while the MT-25 is now available in two new colours, ‘Cyan Storm’ and ‘Icon Blue’.
Apart from the new colour options, the 2022 Yamaha R25 has received upgrades with dual-channel ABS and LED turn signals.
According to HLYM, these two models come with a new price tag of RM22,998 compared to RM19,998 (R25) and RM21,500 (MT-25) before.
The Yamaha R25 and MT-25 are powered by a parallel-twin 249cc 8-valve DOHC engine that produces 35.6hp at 12,000rpm and 22.6Nm at 10,000rpm.
